Welcome to VashtiArt!

With so much of life being lived in various degrees of isolation right now, I wanted to find ways of creative space making and connection. So! I created this site to offer support and inspiration for art making. I hope this little virtual creative space, filled with lessons and prompts and inspirations will translate into your own creative adventures. Each post is pretty open ended, can be used by children, youth, adults; solo, or in groups.

Please let me know if there's something you'd like to see here ... want ideas about materials or tools to have on hand? how to organize your art making space? how to support your young children with art? how to make a book using paper plates? something else?? Let me know!
